MAC MSF Natural

January 20, 2012

Today I am posting with a lot of love for MAC's MSF (mineralize skinfinish) natural. I have been using this face powder for a few years now, however a few months ago it ran out and I decided to buy a cheaper powder from Rimmel- their Stay Matte Pressed Powder. It was OK but nothing special and so I ended up just skipping powder completely.

Before I attended the L'Oreal event in Mayfair I popped to Selfridges and bought the MSF natural again. I have tried it in a few shades- light plus, medium plus and my latest is just medium. As soon as I applied it after buying I realised that I am never going without this powder again! It is the best powder in the WORLD.

It applies so well and makes your skin look so lovely- almost airbrushed yet still natural. I have also worn it on its own and it works really nicely on just bare skin. It may seem pricy at  £20.50 but oh so worth the money. This is definitely a staple product for me, and will be for a long time.

  6. I nearly picked up one of these today but didn't go back as none of the girls were available both times I tried to talk to them. Maybe I'll go back another day and give this a go!

  7. My current powder is nearly all gone, so this is definitely next on my list to try - if it comes in a pale enough shade for my luminously white skin! x

  11. Completely agree, this powder is amazing!! My all-time favourite without a doubt. I'm currently using medium plus but only because my usual shade medium had sold out, but medium plus is only a smidgen darker. LOVE!

  15. I couldn't agree more! I ended up throwing the Rimmel one I think, I don't understand when people rave about it, I think it's rubbish. and I don't see the MSF as being expensive because it is something I use every single day, and I think it last quite a while, it outweighs its £20 pricetag!xxx

  16. I have also tried Medium Plus and Medium. But I read Light Plus might work for NC 25, so I will give it a go. Love this powder!
