NATorigin Pencil Eye Liners

August 25, 2012
l-r: NATorigin pencil eye liners in black; lilac and grey

NATorigin is a brand I was only introduced to this month as they have added two new colours (Lilac and Grey) to their range of 100% natural pencil eye liners.

NATorigin Pencil Eye Liners are rich in beeswax, oily extract of organic arctic raspberry seeds and organic shea butter, for a smooth and seamless application. They have a naturally soothing formula that boasts healing and anti-inflammatory properties and are created to reduce the risk of intolerance for even sensitive eyes. NATorigin is also currently the only cosmetics or skincare range approved by Allergy UK.

The formulation is very creamy and so easy to apply. I tend to stick to liquid eyeliners but was impressed with these and loved how pigmented they were- my only criticism would be that they are quite smudgy and so I'm not sure how they would wear on a hot day. Also important to write that as expected there was no irritation around my eyes. I don't think I would wear the lilac eyeliner very much but the black and grey are perfect for everyday looks.

I think that it's really important that there are eyeliners available for sensitive eyes. I've only had a reaction once to a pencil eyeliner but have a number of friends who can't wear many of the usual eyeliners because it causes them problems. The NATorigin eyeliners are priced at a very reasonable £7.05 and are available on their website and at pharmacies and health stores nationwide.
