Stress is a huge part of life nowadays. Busy lives, social pressures and the ever constant connection technology means that more people are suffering from stress and there are far more people struggling with anxiety and depression.

This April, Neom is encouraging people to take the #NeomStressLessChallenge - a programme designed to balance the emotions and soothe the soul. Central to this is their Cocooning candle which has to be one of my favourite Neom scents. The candle has a blend of six key oils, including anxiety-reducing Roman chamomile, deeply relaxing jasmine and three citrus essential oils (mandarin, lemon and orange) to combat blue feelings and boost immunity.

So the challenge is pretty simple:

Step 1 ) Light your Neom Cocooning candle and allow the aroma-therapeutic air to gently scent the space. 

Step 2) Leave lit for at least 1-2 hours to feel the full effects of this calming treatment.
