Today, Chris has gone out on a long bike ride and so with him being as healthy as possible, I decided to be as unhealthy as possible and indulge myself in something very appropriate for a lazy Saturday.
I'm all for a goodness-filled smoothie or juice, but you just can't beat a chocolate treat and this really fits the bill. A creamy, smooth banana and nutella smoothie with a big dollop of whipped cream. Get in my belly!
This is extremely easy to make. All you need to make a serving for one is:
- 1 ripe banana, chopped
- 1/3 cup of nutella
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (or normal milk, whatever floats your boat)
- Ice cubes (we didn't have any so left this out, but if you want a chilled drink you will want to add ice)
Simply put all of the ingredients into your blender and whizz it up. Pour into a glass, add some squirty cream and enjoy!
