This was an impromptu lazy Sunday smoothie. We had lots of kiwis and a big old pineapple in the flat so we cut it all up and made this delicious treat. It has quite a tart flavour (kiwi always makes my mouth feel a bit strange - anyone elses?!) but was very yummy - if I did it again I'd reduce the number of kiwis and add more strawberries to make it slightly sweeter.
- Half a pineapple chopped up, or a big handful of pineapple chunks from a can
- 4 kiwis, peeled and cut up
- Small handful of strawberries
- Tablespoon of honey
- Ice cubes
Simply whizz up in your blender and add more water if you'd like it to be less thick.
