Beauty: Pureology Strength Cure Hair Mask

I had my hair highlighted a few weeks ago - I always go to the Headmasters in Victoria- great for blondes and great deals on Sunday and Mondays. I decided not to have a treatment and so my hairdresser recommended that I buy a treatment hair mask to take home as the ends of my hair have had substantial damage from the bleach. For the same price as a treatment I went home with the Pureology Strength Cure Masque.

I'm a big fan of Pureology products (see my review of their hydrate products here) and so knew the mask would not disappoint. The treatment is formulated to help breakages and leaves hair feeling stronger whilst reducing and preventing damage. Simply apply after conditioner and leave for 5 minutes before rinsing out. It leaves my hair feeling so much stronger, sleeker and also smells delish!

You can buy this on offer at the moment from LookFantastic for only £19.50 (usually £26).

Beauty: New NIVEA Sun Protection Roll-On

(Contains press samples)

This new launch from NIVEA has made me very happy indeed. The smell of sun cream is one of my absolute favourites and so when I gave this a try today it just took me back to being on holiday in the sunshine. After months of cold weather it is so amazing to be looking forward to the warmer months - and Florida is less than two months away!

NIVEA is my go-to brand for suncream and they have just released their very first roll-on version, its aim to make applying suncream much easier whilst also being a fun way of doing it. There are versions for adults and kids, and both are available in SPF30 and SPF50.

The bottles are really handy and compact, and the roll-on is super easy. It's not any easier than spraying the lotion on but I can imagine that it is for applying lotion on kids - more fun too.

The NIVEA Sun Protection Roll-Ons cost £7.99 and hit the shelves this month.

Beauty: Recent Bourjois Buys

So I've gone a bit AWOL over the past month. January to March are a crazy time for me at work so unfortunately my day job has to take priority- all I want to do when I get home is snuggle up on the sofa and watch mindless TV!

I've got some time this weekend so am hoping to write a few posts, with the first sharing a few new purchases from Bourjois. Got to love a 3 for 2 offer in Boots!

♥ Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer - I am a huge fan of the Bourjois Healthy Mix serum foundation and have heard equally good things about this concealer. I love how well the foundation matches my skin tone, and the concealer has the same yellow undertone which works really well for my skin. This conceals without looking cakey and blends in really nicely with my Real Techniques blending sponge. This is £7.99 from Boots.

Bourjois City Radiance Foundation - this is a new offering from Bourjois which contains SPF 30 and has an anti-pollution screen - hence the name. I'd say it's more of a medium coverage and does feel quite heavy on the skin. It leaves a lovely finish and lives up to its name. The only issue for me is that the colour isn't the best match for my skin at the moment so I have to mix it with a lighter shade. This is £9.99 from Boots.

Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipstick in 02 Beige Trench - this lipstick range is gorgeous! It's really hard to describe the formula, it's very buttery and almost glossy. It applies really easily and keeps lips feeling very hydrated. Definitely want to buy more colours from this range! This is £7.99 from Boots.
